To start the exterior boards of the home are removed along with the old insulation. The stud work is then checked for any damp or rot. In some cases the timbers just may not be the right strength, in which case they will be removed and replaced. Once this is done the home is then reinstalled with Kingspan insulation, this is then followed by the boarding process. Once this is complete everything is then sealed, joined and primed.
All of this is vital to ensure your home has the best finish once completed. Your park home will then have a stipple texture applied to the whole exterior with a colour of your choosing.
